Yes! You can join the club for free as a ‘Drop-In’ Member. This allows you to book courts at standard rates and participate in events without a recurring monthly commitment.
Booking windows depend on your membership level. Elite members can book up to 21 days in advance, Everyday members up to 14 days, and Off-Peak or Drop-In members between 7 to 10 days in advance.
To receive a full refund to your original payment method, you must cancel at least 72 hours before your start time. Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours receive account credit, while cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

We require 30 days’ written notice to cancel any membership. You can submit your request via email to our support team or in person at the front desk. Your benefits will remain active until the 30-day notice period concludes.
