CANCELLATION POICY
Court Booking Cancellation Policy
(applies to all membership types and all court/clinic/event bookings)
* Eligibility for a Full Refund
* Cancel 72 hours (3 full days) or more before your start time.
* We reverse the charge back to the original payment method (credit-card, e-transfer, etc.).
* No cash refunds are ever issued. Funds appear on your statement within 5–7 business days.
* Example: A booking for Saturday 3 p.m. must be cancelled before Wednesday 3 p.m. to qualify.
* Account Credit Only (no cash refund)
* Cancel between 72 hours and 24 hours before your start time.
* The amount is converted to account credit you can use for any future court rental, lesson, clinic, or merchandise purchase.
* Credits do not expire and post instantly to your online wallet.
* Example: Cancel Thursday 5 p.m. for a Friday 5 p.m. court—credit will be issued.
* Non-Refundable Window
* Cancel within 24 hours of the booking or fail to show and no refund or credit is available.
* No cash refunds and no account credits will be provided in this window.
* Example: Cancelling at 9 a.m. for a 6 p.m. same-day court = no refund or credit.
Membership Cancellation Policy
(applies to all membership types)
* 30 Days’ Written Notice Required
* Members must provide at least 30 days' notice to cancel their membership.
* Notice must be given in writing, either via email to info@picklex.ca or by submitting a written request at the front desk.
* Verbal notice or messages through third-party platforms (e.g., text, social media) will not be accepted.
* Final Charges for Partial Months
* If you were only charged a prorated (partial) amount when joining or restarting a membership, you will be billed the remaining balance for that month before your cancellation is processed.
* Your membership benefits (e.g., discounted bookings, included sessions) will remain active until the 30-day period ends.
* No Refunds on Programs or Events
* All purchases related to events, clinics, leagues, and tournaments are non-refundable.
* In extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), account credit may be granted at the sole discretion of management.
* No refunds or credits are guaranteed under any circumstances.
Example Scenarios
* If you email your cancellation request on July 5, your membership will remain active until August 4.
* If you paid a partial fee (e.g., $45) to cover the rest of July when joining mid-month, you’ll be billed the remaining amount before cancellation takes effect.
